Yeah he is a pompous twat. Being a teenager with that kind of power would make almost anybody a bit arrogant.

So at least they got that down. Though personally I hate it when "humble" or "nice" characters keep killing me.

Someone bursts you and almost kills you in 3 seconds? Ult and kill them while all their cc is on cooldown. Having an AOE stun while being an assassin..Aren't mages supposed to be the only ones with CC and assassins are just close ranged bursty fighters?
