And it isn't like Riot is not presented with what is likely the problem right away. They are just too attached to what is the problem to let it go or change it.

Revert Akali already. She had her problems but at least she wasn't perma ban worthy and has to get nerfed for being a thread in competitive.
And it isn't like I have been saying the marks on Irelia being resets is a problem that could be resolve if they make them a 70% cooldown reduction. Reset on kill would still be a thing though.
