It is beyond stupid that you can report someone and block them -but then fucking magically- be placed with them in the next game. In ranked. They go on to admit that they were trolling and are about to do it again. This is the third time this week for me and its completely ridiculous. With the number of players its completely ridiculous to say that you couldn't find someone else of similar ranking to take their place. It just promotes unhealthy gameplay which, lets face it, is all Riot cares about. Not if you are good, but that everyone is nice to each other. Can we get a red to comment?

Riot is king of the trolls dude. No policing. No action. We all have to deal with their garbage system.

Really I think they need to eliminate duo queue. Players are incenticized to be more toxic when they know someone will have their back simply for no other reason than knowing them in person.

Don't worry, the report button on the forums doesn't do anything either.

Day in and day out, it's the same toxic faces here too and Riot refuses to do anything about them either.

If you could block people by ignoring/reporting them what sorts of failsafes would you put in to prevent people from abusing the system? Or to prevent the system from being bogged down trying to make a match that suits everyone?

I don't know that it would really come to that. How often do you really run into the same person? Just when someone basically removes 23lp from you and then forces you to lose another 3 or 23 its pretty suboptimal. Also, can we perma ban any first time confirmed troll. ie they say "i'm trolling" and actually are

Eventually after you play enough you are going to start to be able to warp the system in your favor by banning anyone you consider bad.

Not to mention the longer such a system is in place the longer queues are going to be because the system has to work around so many more variables.

There have to be some sort of failsafes put in.
