I like winning. Currently, I'm not doing so much of that. However, this champion is disgusting. High damage, mobility, CC. I can probably win games based off of her kit, alone. I also want to try the new Swain. Should I just buy him instead? I have no idea if I'll win with him and he probably can't jungle.
What do you guys think?

Sej requires a lot of team recognition and follow up. If you are low elo you won't get that
