Let Yasuo use his R at any time

But if the target is not airborne it fails and his R goes on cd.

Force Yasuo to actually take some skill to play.

Then you come into visual bugs/glitches/illusions where you think they are knocked up when they are really not.

Yasuo does take skill to play, you are just bad and do not know how to beat him. An enemy Yasuo for me is freelo because he is a trash champ unless you practice him allot.

I agree with your first sentence, but the other half just seems like it's coming out of nowhere.

Besides, I'm starting to think OP is a troll...

but then they would have to use four buttons instead of leaving a lump of lead on the R key...

Joking aside, a good yassy knows when to and when NOT to ult. Not every knockup is worth ulting off; some will even screw over his team.

I agree.

that's stupid. you would have people just spamming it and since you cant attack him when youre airborne you would always lose post 6. also he isn't hard to beat if you go tank since more than likely their teams carries are AD with a yasuo in mid lane. if you play karthus and malz you can beat him as non tank

Nonono, they're not suggesting it automatically do damage. They're suggesting it FAIL to do anything, yet still go on cooldown, if you try to cast it when there's no Airborne target nearby. They're ticked off by how Yasuo can just press the key as fast as possible waiting for an allied knockup to make contact.

But that woudl be bias....they woudl have to do the same with other champions ult like Katarina

Why downvotes?

I agree, let's nerf Yasuo. Make it so his knockup can only affect a target once every 10 - 15 seconds. Considering knockups are the only cc you cannot cleanse it's absurd that it is available to him so frequently and with high damage.

Clearly you cant read since I clearly stated "if the target is not airborne it fails". Clearly.

Totally agree, let's nerf Yasuo! I can't agree with you more, brilliant points.

Except it can be cleansed? You can cleanse the stun part of a knock-up, and then flash/dash/blink out of displacement with flash or a movement skill. Would it be worth it? I dunno.

That being said, those without movement skills are screwed.

I am aware of that but not many are. It leaves you the choice of Flash or, if available, a dash / blink ability. However, he just charges up another knockup within 10 seconds and you are at the same risk again. I don't understand why such a powerful tool can affect people so frequently. Even Udyr has a 5 second stun window.

Because it's one of the thinnest skillshots in the game? Because in teamfights where there are no monsters or minions around he's constantly putting himself in danger if he's charging it up on enemies (and he isn't ridiculously fed)? Because there should be no reason enemies should be grouping up densely enough for him to land a multi-man knock-up? Because if the enemy team knows what they're doing, they should immediately punish him for daring to get close to the frontline to charge his Q?

I'm so relieved to see you agree with me. Thank you.

Except that you can cleanse Yasuo knockups as they're not true knockups lol

Or it instead does a tornado immediately around him with knock up but uas none of the armor related benefits of flying samurai mode.

Yasuo is considered to be one of the champions with the highest skillcaps in the game; even now, after two and a half years, people keep on discovering new ways to play him, new combos to execute (whether it be with teammates or solo). Add the fact that most of the time, if the enemy team knows what they're doing, he's going to be camped and/or focused. All these people that think that Yasuo is just a faceroll champ are incredibly wrong and salty.

Now I don't know about others, but I only press the ult key when there's an airborne effect (and I can actually follow it up without getting myself killed). So the change you propose wouldn't effect me much.

LOL

I mean he's currently one of the few champions with a full 10/10 Difficulty rating in the game currently. You don't see every Yasuo around being ArKaDaTa. There was a game where someone went Bruiser Yasuo top in this seasons's Spring Split and the commentators were constantly reassuring everyone that it might look easy but it's not.

Stop being salty, play a few ranked games with him and see for yourself.
