Highest win rate or always in the top five in every bracket. Hmm, I wonder why. This champion is waaaaaaaaay too tanky for what he can do. And a global speed boost makes him the easiest to gank every lane quickly. He basically never dies, yet he can dish out ridiculous damage and suppress anyone he wants. If he's in trouble, no problem, just use ult to flash away. No big deal since the cooldown is so low. Can solo the dragon at like level 3. Does not need to return to base ever. What drawbacks are there on this champion? I don't see any.

Get rid of the passive on his W. It should be active only, and short range, not global.
