Please add a new type of report

I think it is really toxic when a player just comes up to you and kills you and makes you go back to the fountain for a while. It really hurts my feelings and makes the game unfun for me. Please add a report that I can make against people who kill me. Anyone who is repeatedly killing the same person should definitely receive a permanent ban. Forcing someone to repeatedly take timeouts against their will is really unkind and toxic behavior and I don’t think we as a community should stand for it anymore.
