Let us reroll skins we own!

Recently I rerolled super cheap 3 skin shards to get a permanent skin, but got the skin of a champ I don't own so it stayed in the crafting page. I saw a reroll option on that permanent skin, yet it required an additional 2 other parts to reroll into another permanent skin so it would take the 1 perm (3 shards) + another 2 permanent unowned or 2 shards to reroll into another single permanent skin.

I'd love the option to use my currently owned skins as either:

1. Replacement to crafting when rerolling 3 shards, an owned skin can be used instead of a shard
2. Reroll 3 owned skins into another random of greater value than the average of the 3's cost

This reroll option I want would include skins for champs we DO own, but maybe there could be a toggle to have it show in the crafting page

Over the last few years I have a bunch of skins I'll never use from champs I never play, mystery gifts, multiple skins on the same champ where I always use the one I like most, or not liking the new rework on the champ or updates on the skin

EDIT: Alternatively, let us disenchant our owned skins for essence if we no longer need or want them so it can be used to fund other shards
