I get that crit adc's were weak and needed buffs. I get that their items were relatively weak, and I get that their early power sucked. But buffing 1 item and forcing everyone to buy it to be viable is literally the worst possible balance decision you can make to fix it.
It was a lazy band aid solution and it needs to go. (with compensation buffs, of course)

Let's lower EVERY ADC ITEM BY 100 GOLD
Good balancing, it's literally ADC meta again.
Lucian and jinx are the only two that cant use it, and both are meta.
Pretty much every adc can use it on stats alone tho, except for Lucian/Ezreal/Corki/On-Hit carries. Who all have their own thing and (aside from Corki, Kog, and Kalista) are reasonably viable
Yeah idk, as an adc main I only build it on maybe half of my champs if that. I disagree that the others are being forced anywhere.
