Does Graves need nerfs?
I am an uneducated League player I guess, but it just feels like he is way too hard to kill for the items he builds sometimes. yet he deals a lot of damage. Like a lot.

All of the pick or bans need nerfs. Graves included.
I'm not sure. He's less than 50% win rate, but still one of the highest played junglers. I personally don't like playing against him because he does do a TOOOON of damage while crowding out a lot of types of junglers. Don't know what to do about him really beyond just ban him still.
