What happened to the xp mastery?

For those who remember before the grand mastery rework there used to be a mastery for supports that granted them xp when near an ally of higher level. With the new 3rd mastery choice for the second one point mastery wouldn't it be nice to have it in the resolve tree next to tough skin and explorer, or then would you have to pick between explorer and xp?
