I don’t see it lasting all season for sure but with the new bounties on kills and power farming I can definitely see the player base playing safer. I’m going to at least.
Or some adcs just farm side lanes only to get picked off and be punished of their foolish positioning. Seems fine and fair to me especially the ones who are arrogant enough to decline to group at crucial moments. If the farming option is centered only around yourself, then that is just refusing to communicate with allies. This has happened way too often, and I'm glad it is now punishable to the max.
It would be fun to kill off that stray 0/4/0 Vayne. knowing it would have impact and benefit to the game.
My experience has been the complete opposite of yours. I came back from a lane loss by killing a snowballing zed.
