What happend to the game since the last patch?

Random FPS drops, stuttering every other second on lowest graphics everything that decreases performance is off with a pc worth 1k+. how can this game is still worse optimised than 2000's games for such a long time top 2 game in the world is having issues that no other title has. Instead of wasting money on pointless trailers focus those funds into fixing the client and the in-game experience. The game atm is almost unplayable

Holding people hostages in a already lost game should be a bannable offence.
