So Curse has a client called Curse Voice, a beta application that lets people communicate with each other over Curses servers. I was told by many people that this is an illegal thing when playing League, but others say "If it is there, then why isn't banned by Riot?". I was wondering what you guys have to say. Is it or is it not legal?

Nope. Based on what Riot has said, since it effects things during the game, it is illegal.
Is skype allowed? Teamspeak? Ventrilo? The only reason curse was once not allowed was because it had timers, not because it is a method of communication.
Guys, VOIP is legal. Curse Voice originally had timers, which with the new 3rd party rules was illegal, but Curse removed that specifically so it would stay legal. This is not a subject of debate, it is legal.
Damn I started a large discussion. Anyway, I believe it would be legal due to it now being a pure VOIP client. Also, it wouldn't matter now because they have built-in in-game timers now.
riot should implement the voice chat themsels and if someone is toxic i mean we are very advance in tec i mean we can surely invent some kind of magical feature to silence people and lets call it something crazy like ...o i know MUTE
