At the moment Xin is accelerating in pick rate and win rate due to high rewards. Easy jungle clear and sustain, he can stack his devourer in no time because of his sustain, grab drag and baron scuttle and you're ready to go with 10 stacks, grab the scuttle crabs and clear your jungle. Now you're at 20. You see what I mean? this can be done with in minutes. Xin's been out for a really long time and I believe I know how the champion works. All he just got was buff, not something that you need to relearn xin.
