Kayle and Preseason, Part One the AP Hurricane

So I'm going to be really blunt, the AP Hurricane Kayle is not going to do well in the new season.

Buffs

• Cunning tree works well with Divine Blessing and Intervention.
• Vamprism is really effective on Kayle.
• Oppressor is good with Reckoning and Rylai's Crystal Scepter.
• Cull helps Kayle reach late game faster.
• New Guinsoo's Rageblade is good on Kayle.
• Nashor's Tooth buffed (And Stinger).
• AP ratio against structures up.

Nerfs

• Can no longer go 30/0/0.
• The hybrid offensive Masteries are gone.
• Can no longer gain both armor and magic pentration form in mastries.
• CDR from masteries now requires you to sacrifice Fervor of Battle or vice versa.
• Zephyr has been removed, and other tenacity nerfs.
• Runnan's Hurricane lost 35% AS in exchange for Crit.
• Wit's End nerfed.

The big two for this list are Guinsoo's and Runnan's. Does Guinsoo's make up for the lost of Hurricane? Not really has Runnan's offered an additional 30% AP on hit (Across both bolts) while Guinsoo's only offers 7.5%, a 22.5% nerf (Also even at full stacks Guinsoo's doesn't offer as much AS as Runnan's). Also due to Kayle losing AS sources, Zephyr removal and Wit's End AS nerfs it is now harder to obtain AS without wasting gold on crit. All in all I see an AS/AP Kayle dying off.
