What are the Plans for Guinsoo's and Devourer in the Midseason?

Just some quick questions regarding the upcoming changes to and .

1. Are these changes simply going to be aimed at nerfing the synergy of the two items or more?

2. Will become more late game focused seeing as it was intended for and ?

3. Are both items simply going to ruined like they traditionally are when they become problematic?

4. Are and still going to be the main candidates to use ?

5. Will champions who have been nerfed because of these items, and , be considered for buffs once these items are rebalanced.

6. What time frame can a jungler expect to get there power spike? Will still exist?

7. Will phantom hit passive only work with magic damage?
