I think we can all agree that people use the pinging system in a negative fashion, where it being "player x signals that enemies are missing" when it's right over your body or just spam pinging you all game. Just had this happen, AGAIN. I feel like it isn't fair that I'm literally forced to mute my game volume to completely negate the sound, plus, it's incredibly distracting.

Not saying that'll fix the issue, just that you don't have to mute the entire game to stop it.
One other thing, while I really can't stand people who constantly ping harass me when things are going badly, Bhagswag does have a point. I feel I have pretty strong map awareness/prediction (I main Support), but it's difficult to truly focus when the fumes of anger and frustration are in the way.
Back up, take a breather while you assess whether there's a real reason for the 78174287349 question marks floating around you. It may be a real warning, or it may be nonsense.
Either way, you're probably gonna be better off losing out on CS/Kills than risking death out of spite and anger. :3
