best trynda build is this - ( last item situational ) You get the cdr for more heals more w's and mbolity with E u do a lot of dmg and u are harder to kite than usual that's what i build. the creator is boxer pete i think

Tryndamere is the type of champion that you can build nearly anything you want and do well as long as you play well. I will definitely say that there are stronger options than this one, but I have tried this build path and it only really useful if you are planning on going tanky, which is useless since he is already tanky because of his ult.
