Lets give this new guy a global dash

I think he means Kled......Even though Number 1; I don't believe his ult counts as a dash, nor is it global. Number 2; His e is not targeted, nor is it two dashes UNLESS he lands the dash on an enemy champion, epic monster, or large monster(Yes, Large monsters count, including Scuttle, even though it does not say it in the tooltip). Further; his e isn't even that big of a range. HOWEVER, If kled E's towards the specified enemies above, and is at MAX range (i.e; If you move 1 unit further away it will not touch you), he WILL continue his dash through the unit a set distance, propelling him further than it would have had he not hit a champion, large monster, or epic monster.

His ult is not a dash. Rek'Sai ults is more of a dash. His is literally a charge.

HIs E is not huge range, wth are you talking about?

He's supposed to be sticky, he has no disengage because of that, really no good disengage atleast.

If you only list his pro's ofc he sounds OP. If the new champion had Caitlyn's exact kit I could say "Lets give a marksmen who has super range and can melt you from across the screen zoning CC and mobility! Because marksmen aren't safe enough!"

My point isn't that Cait's OP but that I Can make any champion sound OP with how you did it.
