Twitch has always had a high winrate, please don't jump on the hate bandwagon (It's BORK not Twitch)

As we can see here he has always managed a 52%+ winrate over the past 14 patches. 14. He has always had the range. He has always had the stealth. It's a quintessential part of his kit, part of his identity as a champion.

What's different this patch?

BoRK provides good early stats, which means he will be able to do well in lane a lot earlier. Essentially reduce the amount of time it takes for him to become relevant, or at least be able to make it through his laning phase and into the lategame with the lifesteal + the attack speed and AD he really wants.

He didn't have such a luxury when he used to build (pre-lethality) because it didn't provide any lifesteal.

If you really want to nerf him, please try nerfing BoRK again please. I really don;t want to go through this pattern Riot has of making an item good on ADC's, having Twitch become relevant again, have him become overbearing, nerf his passive to shit, let him fade into oblivion until the next good item comes around and then have a hate bandwagon start up.
