Nautilus has a new buff on PBE

Dredge Line (Q) [New Effect] Now refunds 50% of mana when it hits terrain.
This... is a very good buff!

It buffs his early game. This is an effect that will be on his Q from the first rank in it and early game is when you have to watch your mana more and so this is very useful.

This is almost exclusively a buff to jungle Nautilus. Lane Naut might get something out of this from time to time when wanting to escape a gank but lane Naut won't see the fruits of this buff until later in the game when his team starts roaming. This can potentially be a big change for jungle Naut since it can help him move around the map faster.
Buffs that do not impact a solo lane Naut and that help him throughout the game are much appreciated.
