Why not change his scaling on his Shield (W) and Ultimate from AP scaling to Max HP Scaling. Or just add in the Max HP scaling and keep the AP scaling.

tbh I'd prefer it if his Shield had AD Scaling so he has some incentive to get some AD (maybe TriForce and/or BotRK). I mean, he's a Flippin' Ninja yet he builds full tank 99% of the time.
