Why does Lee Sin get so much true sight in his kit?

IMO, Tempest/Cripple's true sight effect seems a little excessive. It makes more sense with Sonic Wave since it's a skill-shot, but with Tempest it's a lot nastier against opponents like Akali or Rengar.

Can the sight effect on Tempest be changed so it doesn't include stealth? (It'd still give vision of everyone else.) Or is that anti-stealth on E intentional?

because of his theme. he "sees" and locates enemies with sound. he doesnt care if theyre invisible, as hes not using his eyes to see them anyways.

better question is, why does jinx tazer grant true sight? what about an electo shocker makes riot think, this champ should be able to reveal people with it?

Maybe when they're hit with it a signal flare goes off and they are revealed.

Haven't you ever seen Tom & Jerry? When you get electrocuted, you light up like a Christmas light and people can see your skeleton!

I'm pretty sure it should not reveal them if they are stealthed.

Counterplay to rengar is a +100 anyway

Sooo make it visible only for him? A little bit less of power in an overlodead quit would be great.

if they want to add counterplay, they should make mistakes more punishing for him.

his q should get the cooldown split of mark/dash and have a high base cooldown, if he misses the ability and doesnt follow up. so dodging the thing actually does something, and he doesnt just have it available a couple seconds later.

he also should only get his passive if he hits his abilities, not when he just activates them. its stupid. he gets rewarded with attack speed and energy return for missing his spells on you.
