Kog was legit aids and im glad they dumpstered him. He was borderline broken for an entire year.

If something was "legit aids" and "borderline broken" for an entire year, why let something exist in that state for so long? (hint: because he really wasn't borderline broken all year)

Simply looking at the highest level of play, you can see that Kog'Maw had a 48.7% win rate all of S7

W/R isnt the only determining factor for a champion being broken or toxic.

There are tons of factos. A good example of W/R not mattering was s6 Lee Sin sporting a 45 percent w/r but was clearly the most broken champ in the game. Or Vayne with a 49 even though she desperately needed nerfs.

Kog requires a lot of skill and teamplay so his W/R is dragged down because of that but he is still annoying and overpowered before this last nerf. Now he is average which is where most champs should strive to be

The toxicity of a champion is entirely subjective.

You're giving me statistics but not really citing them so I can't really look over the sort of data you're looking at. Champions like Lee Sin and Vayne that have a constant, elevated play rate will typically have lower win rates because 1) more people choose them 2) they are mechanically intensive thus allowing for mistakes to be made which may cost games.

I agree Kog'Maw requires a lot of team work, which happens to be very meta right now (ie; supports shielding kog'maw, dmg reduction abilities (galio) etc). The second the meta shifts away from team play to more of solo lane concentration, Kog'Maw's win rate will fall even more.
