As a Heimerdinger Main...

I do think heimerdinger should be less oppressive against melee, but I don't his Turrets needs to be gutted for the sake of that. Especially the changes on the beams, since those are easely dodged by above average players.

The reason in picking heimerdinger vs melee is because the melee champion is either a disgusting champion that will destroy your team if not shutdown early. Heimerdinger is only oppressive against weak early game melee.
