Jinx's lore doesn't match her gameplay

let me start by saying, her personality matches her gameplay, but her lore doesn't

Jinx's personality is hyper, excitable, aggressive, unpredictable, etc. i feel her gameplay matches that.

but her lore is a psychotic anarchist that can never be caught.. she gets away from everyone. she's so good at disappearing after a crime, that some people of Piltover believe she's a spirt of vengeance, they think she's the spirits of all the people of Zaun that died when Piltover was built over top of it. but her gameplay doesn't reflect this at all.. she's incredibly immobile and gets caught alot.. her passive grants movement speed, but only when you get a kill/assist, or drop a structure.. if you and your team are good, you're not gonna run away after getting a kill, you're gonna keep chasing and try to get more kills, because the movement speed and attack steroid act more like chasing tools, not escape tools.. her chompers are the closest thing, but again they are better at trapping enemies in, not keeping them away..

her kit needs an actual escape, some kind of blink or dash for quick escapes..

i say put it on her E. make it so if you just tap it once you throw chompers, but if you hold it down you do a quick little jump (similar to how Pyke has a stab or hook depending on if you hold the key or not), around the length of Lucians dash, just enough to get over walls and such, this can't be used when you get excited that way you can't chase even better (and because jinx would be too excited to focus on getting away)

i think having this would make her kit reflect her lore better, and help make her alittle more viable, without being game breaking.

So...what would you take away with this? Cause being unable to use her passive with this new ability isn’t taking anything away.

Make sure you flat out remove AOE Crits after you add this.
