more stupid broken matchmaking

my alt account got placed in iron 1 (sigh). so i get put on a ranked team with another iron,and 3 bronzes the other team has 4bronzes... and 1 SILVER???

so of course the zed stomps all over his iron 3 laner (WHAT HAPPENED TO POSITIONAL MATCHING??) gets first blood, and 5 kills by 10 minutes or something. THen just perma roams killing everytyhing on the map.

WTH this matching riot?
