It's not only about the laning phase. You see, most people right now are abusing her so you can "almost" beat them in lane. The problem is when she reaches 3.500 hp and deals an uncounterable type of damage (a massive amount, too).

This actually happened to one of my team mates the other round, his primary role was top, and mine was mine, using my main man Talon, and he locked in Teemo as someone on the opposing side ended up locking in Fiora, in the champion select he's already ranting on about how he lost lane, he was right, the fiora dominated the lane, and at one point, I even tried to TP gank (( yes I take tp on Talon for the map pressure and tp ganks )) and she ended up 2v1ing us.
He then said he has had enough, apologized, wished us luck, then disconnected, none of us reported him, because he had the unfortunate luck of going against one of leagues most annoying dueler, I mean, she can parry an ignite? 
We ended up winning that 4v5, but my god is Fiora annoying, especially when she builds tanky/juggernaut style, then she's more unstoppable than sions unstoppable onslaught.

Wtf kind of qq thread is this? The other threads at least TRY to provide evidence when they circlejerk, but this is literally just another Fiora thread that's only worse. We have enough shit on the front page about Fiora, just stop.

Fiora is really a victim of her botched roll out, and this board specifically. Not even a day after her abilities were announced, everyone and their mother was saying she was going to be so OP. The reactions were some of the worst examples of how this forum can screw things up. This caused Riot to release a complex champion with slightly underpowered numbers. She did not preform well initially, and it was incredibly underwhelming for the majority of people giving feedback. Then she got buffed while people were just starting to the hang of her, and the results of that echo 5 months later. Everyone who makes threads like these have nobody to blame but themselves for the state of Fiora currently.
Now we're left with tired old memes spamming up the boards. She has her problems, but so many of you exaggerate and just create noise. You're not helping. She's certainly one of the most powerful champions top lane, but she does not mindlessly dominate.
You have to be incredibly unlucky or foolish for her to parry your ignite. If she's continuing to parry your ignite, then you shouldn't be handling ignite because it should not be that predictable. I'm really surprised so many of you are running into that many Fiora players that know how to time W. The majority of the Fioras I get on my team either use it randomly, or cannot seem to fully utilize it.
As for her heal. It does fit her like it or not. I don't believe it should heal teammates as much as it does currently, but It is thematically supposed to be a showy reward or applause for winning the duel or hitting all 4 vitals, which is difficult. I do think it should primarily benefit her, and not necessarily her team.
The real problem with Fiora is her itemization and scaling. She gets way too tanky too fast for the damage she puts out. That should be looked at closely and balanced accordingly. I don't think I've seen a Fiora ever make a full comeback after losing lane, but she does fair better than the majority of top laners who lose their lane and that's a big reason.
Still I can't help but always downvote these tired threads. The Fiora jokes stopped being funny a long time ago, and the people complaining about Fiora just as easily get wrecked by 
. You just don't get as many upvotes for being honest about it around here. This board shouldn't be used as a popularity contest or to spread stupid memes.

Fiora was again another failure by Riot. Her rework is just as bad as her original design. You took away her very broken ult and instead transferred that power to every other part of her.
There is nothing "duelist" about Fiora except her ability names. She is not a duelist. She is not punished for not executing trades. If she were a real "duelist" she would. No Fiora is incredibly strong. She is a "fighter" assassin. She has the tankiness of a new Poppy and the damage output of a

To me Fiora falls under the category of "false assassin" not because she was ever supposed to be one, but because she kills people like an assassin and continues insane damage output while still building for survival. The best part is all the spells she can "parry". You throw an aoe spell at me? Parry and immune. Hilarious. No Fiora is just like all the other league of legends assassins. Extremely broken by design and impossible to balance just because of their mechanics. See if you nerf assassins and failures like Fiora then they becomes worthless because they cant assassin "duel" and become pointless. Buff them and you have created a MADC who has the ability to 100-0 someone in 2 seconds and then essentially transfer to a MADC who can sustain damage.

the problem with fiora is that she deals damage that is only countered by mobility creeping her. furthermore, she still deals damage while being way too tanky for a light fighter.

You don't even need to be good at him because literally everything about his kit was designed to counter her.
I love fight vs Fiora in the top. I use poppy and crush her and her team because she feed me all the time.
Or just completely revert everything back to old Fiora is ok for me.

While the sentiment is nice, I'm going to have to downvote you out of principle. Any act that encourages someone to do something against the rules should not be condoned, in any way, shape, or form.
She is almost completely unpunishable in any sense of the word.
She's strong at all stages of the game
She has strong harass with little counterplay (besides don't get in range)
She's impossible to itemize against
She has very little mana costs
She can counter whatever you do by using Riposte
Even if Riposte doesn't block anything, you still get a massive attack speed slow + damage
Honestly the only thing she's weak to right now are people that are other overpowered champions, like GP and Graves. Other than that, she can literally beat any top laner with little effort, both in lane and in late game scaling.

For all I care afk'ing against Fiora will get her less fed than even attempting to lane against her.
Just do 2 top, fuck jungling. You still take smite and you'll get to prevent her from getting gold. There's also no excuse for getting killed in ganks because you have two people to provide wards topside. Focus on getting the tower instead of diving her at her tower.
Duo top works/worked like this when people swap with the adc & support. Think outside the box sometimes, people, and stop worrying about whether you'll get reported for deviating from the norm.
And nerf Fiora anyway rito.
kill this garbage champ's AA resets. fking shit can burst harder than talon level 3 while also slowing enemy and gaining move speed to run away. oh and counter hit your cc/damage too
Fuck new Fiora. Bring back Blade Waltz, but with modifications.. It can't proc on-hit effects, and it begins as a skill shot.
Rework her vitals into another form of damage..
Make the Q a slightly longer free-targeted dash minus the auto-hit.
Change the Riposte completely. If she parrys an auto attack, that enemy is disarmed briefly and Fiora is able to dash to that person with increased armor and mr.
Activating the E allows Fiora 3 quick strikes while applying on-hit effects followed by a brief displacement to her foe.
I don't know.. Im just really desperate for a change because I miss old Fiora and am just tired of seeing these threads about new Fiora. These people who complain about new Fiora are probably to SAME people who complained about the old one. The people who Riot caters too, forget the people who liked her the way she was and for ALL that she was bc it's all about the people who are looking for the next OP thing.. Downvote me.
