Hate that the balance team only focus on a set of champions and ignore the rest.

Seriously the balancing team doesn't do a good job at balancing, every single season when there is a set of champions in meta who excel with the new items they would always focus on to either buff or nerf while ignoring their whole list of champion roster.(This goes for jungle too)

For real buff/nerf/balance these champions so they can be on par with the other meta champions. Yes some times Riot do buff them but they don't even focus on the main problem that needs a buff or a nerf which is B.S when 95% of the players are not pro gamer who you guys seem to favor for their buff/nerf decision.

If one of them are a problem for example don't be stupid and do a (3- AD nerf) and call that a nerf

many of the champions you mention don't even need nerfs or buffs. (why do you think annie/tf/sion/singed/mao need changes?) many of them have or will recieve/d changes. (both karthus and ww have been set just complete changes to their kits for a while)(talon got assassin reworked, as well as kog'ma's unrework.)

and you are missing some, like where is aatrox?

The overall idea is true though. Although the real issue being that dramatic changes are made every pre-season, such as in the jungle, making all new balance issues for champions such as fiddlesticks.

Annie needs to be skill shot because there should be no way that she can instantly ult and stun 3-4 people and chances are land a 100% free kill on adc/mid if she flash. TF is only played because he has presence to help other lanes by instantly ulting and stunning for a gank kill, that is why he is even played for but other then that his dualing and laning with meta champions is trash. Sion/mao/singed can rarely do a lot other then maybe Sion ult and Mao ult to reduce damage, ADC does so much damage to tank now that it isn't even worth playing them anymore for top lane

Karthus ability is rarely anything unless he gets to farm and get enemy in his circle other then that if he is behind then gg he is a free easy kill.

Talon is in the weakest state of all assasin since he has to actually walk infront of them with no speed boost to land a Q then run away taking free hits from ap ( his Q damage is trash if he can't even get in the inner circle jab range which is hard late game). Kog maw is just trash, they reverted him but didn't revert him all the way back to normal and actually revert and nerf him.
