Hmm, it seems like Brand and Lissandra didn't get put into the ''6 base mana regeneration (mp5) and +0.8 mana regeneration (mp5) growth stat'' thing, and i'm wondering if they just forgot to put their names or if they actually didn't include them. It seems like it would be bad for Lissandra (mana is 5 (+0.4 per level)) and good for Brand (mana is 7 (+0.6 per level)).
NotDevan1 votes(Lissandra Main): Before this update, Lissandra had among the lowest base mana and mana regens of any mage (third worst and worst respectively, IIRC). I'm assuming they want to keep her that way, so she doesn't become a complete nightmare. Hopefully she's unchanged and they didn't give her an unnecessary stealth nerf.
Not sure about Brand.
Sir Rouge1 votesYeah, in her current state, I hope it wont be, like you said, a stealth nerf and that she's about the same compared to other mages as she was before. Though, I wish they would just change her passive and make her up to par with the mana regen and base mana with the other mages.
