Blind Pick Mode where you can ACTUALLY learn new Champions

Most of the people who want to learn new Champions play of course Normal Games. Either Draft, buts mostly Blind Pick. They often face the problem (especially in Top and Mid lane) that they have to face people who play their Main in a Normal Game for whatever reason. This just happened to me, when trying to learn Kled, but I couldn't learn much, because I was in Grey Screen most of the time. So how about another Blind Pick Mode, where you can only play Champions, you don't have on Level 6+. The reason why Champion Mastery 6 and not earlier, is because there are some difficult champions, you need way more games to learn the basics, than it takes to get them to Champ Mastery 6.

Just an idea tho.

Play custom games or games vs bot. Or train the hard way in blind pick.

what is a better learning environment than someone tryharding?

What could you possible learn from defeating a first time urgot who has no idea how his abilites work, but you still beat him by spamming buttons like an ape.

Nah - it would increase Q time without any need for it and lead to worse matchmaking due to less players per Q. Besides that: Most people learn best when thrown into cold water - yes it can lead to a little shock if you get demolished or a little euphoria if it actually worked out but it's still the way I prefer to learn a Champ.
