Ivern still to strong
hes not fun to play against it isnt fun to have your first buff stolen and you cant do anything about it also isnt fun for their carry/bruiser/mage to get so damn strong from this guy. He can shield them, he can heal them with 
he can give them a slow, he can peel very hard and meanwhile you still have your other support which could be 
to make it even worse. He doesn't have many weaknesses besides him not being able to kill camps whenever he wants but thats it.
