As a top laner, I understand if you back off and choose not to gank. Maybe I'm too pushed up, maybe it's warded, maybe one or both of us is either OOM or too low on health.

Trust me, I understand.

But if you're near me anyways, at least clear Scuttles. It's good for the both of us.
