Does kayn actually transform or...
I have seen a kayn every single time he doesn't get banned, and I have never seen any cool shadow assassin or darken version
am I missing something or are all these kayns missing something?

Also, his abilities don't really change, just some of their effects do

horrible players more than likely. he should get his transformation by 10-11 mins even in bad games. if he is not actively ganking then he is delaying the transformation, so if it takes over 15 mins for him to transform you know for a fact that the kayne player is terribad. i have 0% winrate with the champ, but it never takes me longer than 10 mins to transform.
