Indirect nerfs to Karma ?

With the mana regeneration change on mages and doran's ring, I already feel like Karma got hurt a little. But now, Ultimate hat will be moved on the domination tree... which is imo pretty whack for Karma players since she's one of the few champions that actually benefit from ultimate hat.

• Doran ring no longer gives mana regeneration - Mid Karma loses a potential 5 ap from Athene's unholy grail
• Karma didn't get any bonus mana or mana regeneration as compensation for the mana regen update - Less sustain during early game
• Ultimate hat will be slightly reworked and moved on the domination tree - No more sorcery ultimate hat + cosmic insight

Will we eventually see electrocute Karmas ?
