Here's an idea to make Vayne healthier to deal with and easier to reach for assassins.

The problem is the clump of stats she gets when she presses R, which happens at the same time as she gets her first crit items plus her synergising with warlords (the dominant adc keystone right now). All of that stuff happens right after she gets 'bullied in lane' so her opponents underestimate her and probably don't take the fight seriously enough.

Assassins have that can reliably stop condemn if they feel they need it.
