A champion with a 50% win rate is not balanced.
Especially when the entire game is broken, and practically every game is a coin flip.

that would be balanced , every game is a coin flip meaning each team has an equal chance of winning regardless of champs picked
that would be the DEFINITION OF BALANCE
Only in Wood 5 elo (which im in at the moment)
you have to look at a lot more than just winrate.
