Base mana decreased to 277.2 from 327.2 Mana growth increased to 40 from 37

So Hecarim, will have 997 base mana at level 18 compared to 993.

4 mana? Like really? That doesn't even help.

It makes his base mana worse early on and then barely going over at level 18.
