Until he finishes said 3 items. Then 95% of any armor you've built against him gets negated :D

Not arguing that he's THE MOST problematic out there ( Graves LeeSin Khazix ) but just that he's pretty problematic. Negating 95% of a counter is... er, not right.

You could make the same argument for anyone/anything. You could create a champion with virtually infinite AD that has armor efficacy against him increased by that same amount, and call it balanced.

Problem is, it's not; It's still too slim of a counter when you have to pick specifically to deal with a champion, because A. not everyone is good at every champion and B. not everyone likes playing every champion.

I in fact fucking hate playing Rammus/Darius/Garen, and even now Darius is slightly problematic. Like, Darius feels like what'd happen if you took Garen and removed all the interactivity in his kit and replaced it with "more tanky DPS".

Until he starts his other 3 items, since remember that he basically needs half of what other Crit champions need to hit 100% Crit. He has three to four more item slots to spare.

Justifying that with "Oh but you need to just focus him then!" is complete bullshit because, remember, there're four other people on their team, two of which are usually carries (APC/Mid, ADC/Bot) and also need to be focused.

It's even funnier that he doubles as the tank your team needs up Top with that build.
