Nocturne needs more priority on a rework.

This poor champion. All of his damage, and damage dealing potential is gated behind a massive cooldown that can be counterplayed by nearly everything and anything. Every other assassin in the game is capable of either dealing burst damage, or having mobility on a relatively short CD. NOT THIS GUY. His ult is even avoidable, by simply walking. Yep, because his ult doesn't actually deal damage, the tooltip says it does, but it doesn't. What it does, is it dashes him to a target, and it gives him an empowered auto, that empowered auto is what deals his ults damage. YOU CAN LITERALLY WALK AWAY FROM IT.

And I get that he cant be a S tier assassin, cuz he's a jack of a few trades. But hes a fcking awful bruiser/fighter too, so, something has to be done with this guy. Pantheon was playable and functioning, Nocturne is just a iron5 pub stomp champ that cant realistically do anything.

Why would I ever pick Nocturne when I can pick any other assassin? Why would I ever pick Nocturne when I can pick any other fighter? There is no good answer.

"You can walk away from it"

...When, exactly? While he's running at you with a higher base MS?

That empowered autofalls off pretty quickly. You only have to stay out of AA range for 2seconds at the most. Which for most meta champions is beyond easy. The poor champ is "all-in" with no mechanics to get him out, his massive CD only gap closer should not be so unreliable.

It should get reworked ASAP into something that can be balanced. Because yeah, if you make Nocturnes ult work the way its supposed to work, hes all of a sudden going to overperform. -lel just kidding, he'd be on par with Rengar.

He has not aged well. Still a great newbie champion for folks learning jung but. God damm he has a small cealing after riot smacked him around with the nerf bat.

In my opinion

yeah hes one of the easiest champs to master microplay wise. But hes so bad, that, that in its own right makes him kinda hard to play.

I think he does fine In some MMR but like the old voli top. Your just gonna struggle once folks know the counter play.

Could use a rework even a minor one. His R was cool but honestly I think its gated his power. The folks who cant play around the loss of vision will always suffer and teams who can play around it make the ability a bit subpar. I think that's probably the best ability to redo, and spell shield after that.
