Omnistone: Lets Talk

omnistone could take 200HP off of its users and I'd still clap for it. The removal of kleptomancy makes it impossible for me to hate the rune no matter how terrible it is. It can find strong usage by toplane ranged bullies though. I believe that Kennen, Jayce, Neeko, and Quinn would be its best users. Statistically speaking, it's also one of Riven's stronger primaries.

So alot of people say it was created for the new champ Aphelios and after trying it out on him I'd have to agree. It is actually pretty good in my opinion but has one major flaw I'll get to. You pretty much get all the good good runes off it though, most of them require you to hit a champion and since I'm talking about Aphelios here he will most likely be able to proc whatever runes he gets because he will be Auto Attacking alot. The runes combo well wiyh his guns. Even Predator is useful especially for Aphelios since he is so slow.

The biggest flaw in my opinion is that when you enter the fountain after recall or respawn a new rune come up but the thing is the runes have certain amount of time you can have them equipped without using them In combat, I think about 40 seconds. It takes a long time to walk back in to combat and if you happen to have a rune that could help you for your situation or, goes good with the weappns you have equipped on Aphelios it would be gone by the time you walk all the way back to lane which sucks.

I really don't know what other champion it would be good on besides Aphelios though. Maybe another ranged champ though.

Any champ that use both normal attack and skill can use it is 1st champ in my mind
