Interesting winrates from first blood tower, before/after its addition in 6.15

Flipping through these are very interesting. The strangest part by far is that the winrate of first tower actually did not increase by all that much after the addition of tower first blood. It went from around 69% to around 71%, changing by +/- 1% or so depending on the patch.

This is probably a surprise to most people. I actually was looking for data to **complain about first blood tower being too snowbally, then found the opposite. **Getting the first tower in patch 6.14 and earlier gave you a very similar winrate. The average definitely did go up after its addition, by around 2%. But not be nearly as much as I was expecting to see considering how it feels in game

The thing is, getting first tower always was a good indicator for which team is ahead/which team is behind.

Does that site also say something on the timeframe in which first tower is taken?

ya of course the team which gets the first tower should have a higher win rate, if they didn't then that's just as bad as overly snowbally gameplay. The size of the advantage is really hard to get right, where the early game matters but isnt the only thing that matters. It's just one would think that the addition of the gold would have made a bigger change in first tower win rate

No it doesn't say the time, unless I missed it somewhere
