it will always be, because its the most cancerous most safe summoner you can use. its not the best, its just the cheapest to use, skillwise. if you could have flash twice, progamers would pick it twice. but if you observe competetive play, you'll notice that they only pick the most cancerous annoying champs and playstyles possible, at least out of asia but even there most of the time, so its not about actually having GOOD things, its about having most annoying things. the more mistakes their champs forgive, the more highly contested they will be because pros still make so many mistakes, they need them forgiven.
