It's really not that bad, as katarina its a tough matchup. Honestly though I'm for reverting LeBlanc back to the old one.. I hate this one, late game you can't even kill an ADC like cait cause she'll kill you in 3 autos and heal up all the damage you did before you can proc the 2nd part.

It shouldn't, but she just got horribly gutted by nerfs. Revert those or give her compensation buffs and then do this.
