I've been seeing more AP Ezreals pop up lately

Not surprising, I've been saying for years now that AP Ez is actually really good once you get Lichbane.

Think of his damage for a second

Q 115 + 110% total AD, + 40% AP (115 + approximately 185 + 320 + 400 (Lich-Bane)

W 250 + 80% AP ( 250 + 640)

E 275 +50% Bonus AD + 75% AP ( 275 + About 30 + 600)

R 650 + 100% Bonus AD + 90% AP ( 650 + 40+ 720)

Total 1290 + 2904

Assuming he completes his build around 800ish AP I will put the numbers next to his abilities ( note this is not including Baron or Dragon Buffs. He would probably be over 900 with those.

We are comparing AD Ez with AP Ez, go away troll. AP ez will seberly out burst AD ez in any situation.

I went against an AP Ez bot lane last week, he completely wrecked us. His burst made Vayne look like Aatrox.

His burst is quite high, but ADC Ez will outdamage in extended fight. Imagine Ez without mana problems and bad items just because you go oom.

Well I mean his Q is pretty spammable and it deals almost 1k damage with AP. I would think sustained damage would be quite similar, but since his Abilities far outscale AD as AP his burst would be way more ridiculous as AP.
