I think the issue is this rumble skin blurts out all this dialogue automatically just playing rumble. They're not emotes. Only option is to mute champion voices

Depends I guess. I find this rumble skin obnoxious because he does all this chatter automatically. If someone is purposely spamming emotes I don't let it get under my skin and ignore it; it's usually short duration.
All champs have spamable emote dialogue or sound effects. Except rammus (ok). This thread is about this Rumble skin because no other skin chatters so much automatically
You can mute champion voices if someone is spamming emotes. Not sure if that mutes sound effects from the emotes though. Probably not. Probably don't want to turn off the sound effects either... Coincidentally the default rumble skin actually has a pretty silly sound effect on his emote if you spam his laugh.
