New released champions should not be ranked for a while

Messed up the title but you get the point. Ok I get the PBE thing where you test champions but its PBE no one takes that thing seriously you try out new champions and have fun for bot parties involved.

In ranked its a different story. Someone locks in a new champion that they only tested out in PBE against people who aren't trying but in RANKED they are and the person who only played a certain champion plays the champion Support and gets smashed.

PLEASE when releasing a champion disable them for a bit before they can be played in Ranked ! Thank you and Have a Good One

But if they are never playing the champion against experienced players (or as you say it, people that are trying) then how they hell are they suppose to get good at the champion?

Most of the time, normals don't even compare to the effort put forth in ranked. So there is essentially no way to ever play a new champion in ranked if people never get the chance to practice it.

On the flip side, just as the person playing the new champion is in a new experience, so is their lane opponent (and whole team). Its a new experience for everyone and isn't as one sided as you seem to think it is.

PBE-Bots-Normals-ranked why go from PBE to ranked is beyond me. As the flip side topic that you point out as you make good arguments you can still play them in normal games first but in ranked where the more important player is still learning the champion themselves its like the enemy team is facing a new league player same thing with the champion you know.

I do like the points that you came up with but I still stand by mine.

I try hard in normals because I use it as training before ranked but I don't flame in it but its still a better training ground for new champions early on in their release than PBE. Just not in ranked until you actually face real people who are doing the same thing trying out new champions masteries etc.

So, as I said before, here's the thing: Not everyone is some stoner who needs a month and a half to learn how to use a champion with, you know, four buttons. I bought Tali, practiced her mid lane in a custom, started over several times to get a jungle clear without a leash, and then took her to ranked. First game, 7/1/8 (jungle). Second game, 1/2/10 (also jungle -- fed the LB really well, but she didn't carry us).

So uh, you know, I'd say not everyone needs months on end to learn how to play a new champ. Some of us have this thing called a brain. ^^

If you check my match history the Naut game thats 1 of the reasons for this post and it happens each and every time when they come out with new champions. So that person doens't have a brain I suppose.
