Stop nerfing devourer

Devourer is not thr problem. There are plemty of balanced champions with devourer. The problem is THE CHAMPIONS WHO ABUSE THR DAMNED ITEM. Instead of dragging other champs that were viable with devourer, riot just goes and screws it all up by nerfing them all. Kayle jungle has been nerfed so many times I'm convinced riot wants it gone forever.

Riot, this is not a good way to balance the game. Hitting items that are balanced on some and weak on others is not good, and hurts those who use it fairly far more than abusers.

Riot won't listen to this at all, and probably many people will say "omg devourer op pls nerf gg broken" and I can almost guarentee that someone's going to try and sound all smart by saying "Devourer isnt the problem! Rageblade is! (Again, only a few abusers...) but I had to rant somewhere.

It now takes 35 stacks. I believe there is more.

Devourer is a terrible item, design-wise, because it scales on-hits, not auto attacks. This means only auto attacker with on-hits will abuse the item, while other auto-attackers use it for the attack speed and magic damage fairly.

Remove sated, make devourer on-hit scale a little higher, call it a day.

Destroys the most of the obnoxious abusers of Yi anyway, which is 90% of the problem people have with sated.

Xin and Jax aren't as bad by a long-shot solely due to this item.
