I never see the bruiser bot lane in my elo...

I feel disconnected from this double bruiser meta, I see the challenger players talking about them...

I'm low plat who plays mostly in a game with 1-2 plats and 3 golds in a team. So is this only high mmr thing, where your bot lane need to know what they are doing?
